About Storyclad

“Storyclad” means “clothed with story”. It is a term inspired by the “ironclad” warships of the late 1800s. Wooden vessels began collapsing under the onslaught of new explosive weaponry, so shipwrights responded by clothing their vessels with iron plating. These ironclads could withstand dozens of direct hits from enemy artillery and even confront and destroy coastal fortresses. They revolutionized the warfare of that era.

Similarly, Storyclad exists to fortify the spiritual armour of readers for battle against Satan. The devil wants to rob us of our hope in God and drive us to despair, but he is impotent before a faith clothed with stories of God’s power and grace.

May these stories make you strong for Christ!

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but… against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
